Perfect for a birthday or thank you gift for a friend, a personalised fabric hanging heart with name (max characters 10) embroidered in grey thread inside a wreath design. Underneath is a mini silver heart. The fabric heart is hung with a grey velvet ribbon.  Dimensions approx. W14cm x L13cm ribbon 9cm
