Celebrate your 2nd wedding anniversary with this exquisite personalised embroidered heart, a cherished keepsake symbolising two years of love and commitment. Customised with the couple's names in elegant beige-grey thread, the ivory cotton fabric heart showcases the names & date of your choice and is finished with a matching ivory cotton hanging ribbon.

Choose from seven thread colours for the embroidered heart under the date (shown as pale pink in the photograph.) Colours available: dark red, navy blue, pale pink, blue, ivory, purple, and green. Simply select your preferred colour from the drop-down menu to create a truly unique gift. Dimensions approx. W14cm x L13cm ribbon 9cm

You can also upgrade your order to include a lovely porcelain hanging heart with the words 'It doesn't matter where you are going, it's who you have beside you'. Dimensions approx. W10cm x L10cm. The heart and porcelain heart option will be gift wrapped with an ivory ribbon and bow and a heart gift tag to which you can add your own message.
