The heart is decorated with a mini ivory coloured embroidered heart, under the text and is finished with a lovely hanging ribbon in yet more silk! I ordered this heart as a 12 year anniversary present and it was a well made item. Nice personally packed in a box with a ribbon. Plenty of correspondence as a second item was not in stock but I was offered either an alternative or refund. The alternative was lovely thank you.

What a beautiful item! But I made the mistake of assuming the ‘12th Anniversary’ wording came as standard and only added my names & date; therefore what received was lovely but not what I expected 😩 But my bad; it does say supply all wording in the write up…
